About this deal

Since the scent subtly changes as you wear it, you’ll get the perks of a like-new fragrance as the day goes by. Even better: The brand recently dropped its lineup of four best-selling fragrances in this mini format, which allows you to not only try the fragrance with minimal risk, but also give a pretty, colorful flair to your vanity. Which are a range of fragrances for aficionados of rare scents, and those who appreciate noble raw materials. These are not cheap. It’s super addictive… and garners a LOT of compliments. Ain’t complaining. 🙂 Dressed-Up, Dressed-Down On some people, this perfume can turn fruity-floral or powdery-floral. Is Vanilla Fields by Coty Vegan? As expected, it's grounded in the essence of cognac, which is derived from the actual liquor and gives the fragrance its amber hue. While it does smell boozy at first spritz because of that, it transforms into a more spicy and gourmand scent as it dries down — think apple pie filling — thanks to a creamy blend of oak, cinnamon, praline, and vanilla. Together, the notes offer a memorable and appropriately intoxicating scent that is, pun intended, heavenly.

Each fragrance follows a compelling storyline, peppered with intriguing twists, written by an imaginary author… and each fragrance has an imaginary note. And…

Shaper Size Guide

Rich without being overpowering, it suspends vanilla between a lineup of other rich exports, like spicy cardamom, woody frankincense and warm calamus, while smoky vetiver and cypriol culminate into a playful, mysterious sensibility. It does smell a little boozy when you first spritz it on, but eventually dries down to a soft, super-wearable spice. This is more suited for the fall and winter (days or nights). And perfect for dates, romantic situations, special occasions, nights out… or just cozy evenings in at home 🙂 Subtle

This Extract is premium quality, and possesses a deep, rich, creamy aroma, and is FAR superior to synthetic vanilla fragrance oils. But although this is an eau de parfum (which usually means it is denser and has a stronger scent profile, meaning it’ll last longer), this perfume is fairly weak, which I actually prefer for days when I just want a slight waft of my fragrance. But if you like a stronger scent, dab a little Vaseline or Aquaphor on your wrists before spritzing this on to give the perfume something to grip onto and increase the longevity a lil bit. The vanilla notes become creamier after the dry down and remain prominent throughout the life of the fragrance. The vanilla isn’t so strong that this perfume becomes a vanilla bomb, it’s simply a dominant scent note. During testing, we got a mixed bag of results, ranging between 3–6 hours of lasting power. So please keep that in mind. But with that said…

NEW ARRIVALS

Although this is called a Cologne Absolue, it is in fact, pure perfume concentrated at 15% – which gives excellent lasting performance. While the blend of vanilla, amber, and caramel base notes makes it most definitely a gourmand, you'll also get more surprising notes of sweet, juicy pear and rose. Plus, you can feel good about smelling good, making it a win-win in your fragrance rotation. At first application, the vanilla is present but overpowered by bergamot and peach and florals. This is the bright bubbly stage.

This opens up with a sweet creamy sparkling orange citrus quality – from a blood orange and vanilla/caramel combo… with hints of liquorice and cinnamon. The House of Matriarch use the highest quality natural fruit-based ethanol to create their fragrances. The only animalic ingredient in this eau de cologne is musk, which is undoubtedly synthetic. Vanilla Fields is an inexpensive perfume, and natural animal-derived musk is an expensive perfume ingredient. A high concentration of oil will still remain on your skin, so please pay attention to your clothing, my friend. Needless to say…Dulcis In Fundo opens with a blast of orange citrus and sweet vanilla — which gives off a yummy orange creamsicle vibe. Nice. But it gets better… Juicy Orange-Vanilla Cake While some fragrances' names aren't so literal (see: Dior's Poison), that's not the case for this one, which really does evoke the scent of sitting by the fireplace. If anything, it might actually be a little too realistic, with smoky notes cutting through the sweetness. Although we love to wear it and imagine ourselves at a lakehouse in fall, the unwavering scent can inadvertently contribute to headaches, which is worth keeping in mind). What can take it into different directions from there, though, is how it’s formulated. As we mentioned earlier, florals can add a lightness ideal for daytime wear, whereas spices and woods might make for a special-occasion scent. With that in mind, how you want to wear your fragrance can guide your decision accordingly. What We Love: It has a long wear time, and the fruity note of pear sets it apart from other vanilla scents. The opening is quite harsh (to my nose)… So please give it a few minutes to calm down before you judge the fragrance. Trust me. 🙂
