It is created by infusing red wine with a blend of herbs, fruits, and botanicals, including gentian, rose petals, and citrus peels. Refined with natural floral and spice extracts, especially gentian, cinchona and citrus as in Americano Bianco but with the addition of saffron, vanilla and rose petals. Its aroma is lightly floral, with elderflower and a little sweetness coming through and then on tasting you’ll enjoy a pungent elderflower hit that mellows and is supported by just the right amount of sweetness. Ginger, cinchona, gentian and rose petals are combined to create a taste reminiscent of orange sorbet and tones of green leaves.

Ideal to be enjoyed as a long drink with tonic or in a classic cocktail, Cocchi Rosa adds bitter, sweet, spicy and fruity notes to your serve and is a must have for a drinks enthusiast.
