Cubby (voiced by Jonathan Morgan Heit in season 1–"Stowaway Ghost" and Jadon Sand in "Battle for the Book"-season 4) is the youngest of the group saying, "Aww, coconuts!" He has the map of Never Land and is shown manning the crow's nest in the opening. Cubby is not a member of the "Lost Boys", despite the fact he physically resembles the Cubby of the group. Cubby's personality is rather timid and he is not very confident in himself. Sometimes, he can be clumsy, and is Jake's best friend.

Beatrice Le Beak is Hook's plundering pirate rival and has been proven to be a sneakier crook then even Hook in the episode " Jake and Sneaky Le Beak!" she swipes the Jolly Roger from Hook and his crew command and later evade capture by stealing one of Hook's Whirly-Hooks. In the " Sleeping Mermaid",Captain Hook was the only one who could break the sleeping spell on Queen Coralie, Hook refuse to help Coralie, but with a little help from Marina using a large pearl as a reward Hook agreed to assist, playing on Hook's greed. Everything seems to go as planned, until Hook found out that he had to kiss the mermaid queen to break the spell and refuse believing that she deceived him.In the episode of the spin-off Jake's Buccaneer Blast, "The Golden Pyramid", Hook reveals that gold is his favorite color, reflecting his greed and treasure hungry nature. Malcolm McDowell as Lord Fathom - An evil Mer-Wizard determined to rule the Never Sea and defeat Captain Jake. Away from the parks, Jake attended the 2011 D23 Expo where he, Captain Hook and Smee held a meet-and-greet with fans, and appeared with Sharky and Bones at a Los Angeles Dodgers baseball game. Jake joined Madison Pettis, who voices Izzy, at the Shane Victorino Nicetown Boys and Girls Club in Philadelphia (along with over 200 volunteers) to help build a new playground in conjunction with the KaBOOM! At the end of episode " Captain Hook's New Hobby", Hook developed a love for painting just like his mother. Elliot Reeve as John Darling - John appears in "Battle for the Book" and "Captain Hook's Last Stand!". He was replaced by Harry Erasmus in "Captain Hook's Last Stand!".In the first episode " Hide the Hideout!" While building a sandcastle Jake and his crew spot the Jolly Roger heading to Pirate Island. Captain Hook was determined to have an island hideout of his very own and decided that he will locate and claim Jake and his puny pirate crews hideout as his own. But through the ordeal Hook and Smee remained unaware how to gain access into it. After various failed attempts to gain access into the hideout and falling into the Never Sea Hook comes down with a cold and is forced by a concern Mr. Smee to give up the hunt for the hideout and return to the Jolly Roger to have his cold treated.

Jake is a young pirate who was given the task to protect Never Land with his crew while Peter Pan left the island to explore the outside world. Before Peter left, Jake was given a wooden sword made from the Forever Tree in Never Land with special abilities so he can be a good leader. In the special " Jake's Never Land Rescue", the sword mysteriously disappear with the threat of Never Land disappearing as well. Later during his adventure to save Never Land Jake is bestowed with the Destiny Sword by the newly grown Forever Tree. Despite hate being called a codfish, the series reveals that Captain Hook's favorite food is codfish casserole as seen in the episodes " Mr. Smee's Pet" and " Captain Who?".Jake is Hook's main pirate rival. To some extent, Hook is shown to be jealous of Jake. Hook is forever stealing Jake's toys and prized possessions. Hook is not up-to-date on the names of popular toys, often giving them obvious names, such as "wheely-rolly thing" instead of a skateboard, or "surfy thing" instead of a surfboard.
